To use a BoxFilter-equipped camera along with the BoxTopper, first mount the BoxFilter. Then follow the BoxTopper instructions as normal. You may have to adjust the BoxTopper straps and clamps a bit to allow for the BoxFilter parts, but it shouldn’t be much of a change. As always, practice this at home before doing so in the field!
